The following are just a few of the most frequently asked questions that our clients have on their minds when they start to think about hiring YourWebPA to help them promote and market their businesses and brands online through project-based outsourcing.     What’s the difference between your company and using one of the job posting websites out there?

  • You never really know what you’re ‘getting’ on those websites. They are great for people just starting out. But, if you want to take your online presence to the next level, you really need a more professional set-up. That’s us. YourWebPA’s Management team consists of European, American and local, highly experienced Filipino supervisors and managers. We stimulate, educate, and manage all our staff, and mold them into productive and effective dedicated online support executives. Our service is second to none. Try us out, you’ll see what we mean!
  • How I do stay up-to-date with what’s happening with my project?

  • Once we’ve received your project order, you are assigned a Project Manager. They will email you to say ‘welcome’, and that person will remain your first port-of-call for everything to do with your project. You have access to them via email and Skype, and they will keep you 100% up-to-date on everything, at all times.
  • After I place my order, how quickly does the work actually begin?

  • Most of the time the answer to this question is – immediately – as we always have a certain number of WebPA’s standing by for new projects. However, from time to time, we might be a little busier than normal, so your Project Manager will let you know timelines, etc. Bottom line – we want to do your work as fast as possible, but we also want to make sure that the quality of the work is high, too – so we never rush any of our clients’ projects.
  • Some outsourcing companies have set-up fees, do you?

  • Unlike other companies, we don’t have any set-up or hidden fees. It’s common knowledge that a lot of outsourcing companies will charge a set-up fee to be able to purchase the equipment (like PC’s, etc.) that they will need to perform the work for you. We don’t need to do this. We are a profitable, experienced and professional company and appreciate that our clients deserve the absolute BEST from their outsourcing partner. And we have lots of PC’s! ;-)
  • Do I have to sign any long-term contracts to work with you?

  • No. We appreciate that the Internet is an ever-changing horizon, and those that use it to promote either their businesses or their personal online brands and projects can have the same outlook. 80% of our services are ‘project-based’, meaning you pay once, we do the work, and that’s it. The remaining 20% of our services are recurring monthly set-ups, but no contracts are signed. They simply revolve from month-to-month. If at any time you wish to stop, you simply let us know, and we don’t bill you for the next month.
  • If I decide to stop using one of the monthly services that you provide, what happens to all the work that has already been done for me online, like link-building, etc.?

  • Any work that has been performed by YourWebPA throughout the time that your service has been running remains intact on the web. This includes all on-site content and changes, blog posts, links, social networking status updates, articles submitted, press releases – everything. However, as search engine algorithms are always changing we cannot promise that you’ll continue to enjoy the higher search engine rankings that using the YourWebPA service will bring you, once you stop.
