Do you put a long-term contract in place?
No. We appreciate that the internet is an ever-changing horizon, and those that use it to promote either their businesses or their personal online reputations can have the same outlook. You sign-up for a one-month service only. Should you decide to continue, you can extend the service for as long as you want, month-by-month. Should you prefer not to continue, you don’t. Yes – it really is that simple!
Some companies have set-up fees, do you?
Unlike other companies, we don’t have any set-up or hidden fees. It’s common knowledge that a lot of outsourcing companies will charge a set-up fee to be able to purchase the equipment (like PC’s, etc.) that your staff member(s) will use when working for you. We don’t need to do this. We are a profitable, experienced and professional company and appreciate that our clients deserve the absolute BEST from their outsourcing partner.
Will I be able to track the tasks that my PA is doing?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, we have an online portal that you and your WebPA access entirely for this purpose. Within this user-friendly environment, you can send each other messages, upload files, create tasks and schedule meetings or deadlines for your WebPA to meet. You regularly communicate with your WebPA through our portal and keep track of the tasks that she/he does for you.
When I decide to go ahead, how quickly can we start?
Most of the time the answer to this question is – immediately – as we always have a certain number of WebPA’s standing by for new client sign-up’s. Some clients hire just one WebPA, others have a larger online strategy and need many, many more! Should you require a large number of WebPA’s, we generally need a period of 5-7 days before we can actually begin your Total Online Marketing program. Here at YourWebPA, we don’t just hire ‘anyone’, we make sure we have the right people on board, so that you can be proud to have them building your online reputation.
Can I set the days and time that my WebPA will work?
Our WebPA’s generally work a daytime shift, Monday-Friday here in the Philippines, meaning whilst you sleep, all that online work is being created and uploaded for you to check (or not to check, if you prefer!) whilst you enjoy your daily bowl of breakfast cereal or early morning cup of coffee! However, if you prefer to have your WebPA working the same time-zone as you, this is possible for an additional monthly fee of just $49.95.
Do you help out in supervising, or do I constantly have to make sure my WebPA is working?
Of course! YourWebPA’s Management team consists of European, American and local, highly experienced Filipino supervisors and managers. We stimulate, educate, and manage all our staff to mold them into productive and effective dedicated support executives. Although, that doesn’t mean you can’t involved, either! Feel free to spend as much, or as little time, with your WebPA as you wish to.
If I decide to stop the YourWebPA service at any point, what happens to all the work that has already been done for me online?
Any work that has been performed by YourWebPA throughout the time that your service has been running remains intact on the web. This includes all on-site content and changes, blog posts, links, social networking status updates, articles submitted, PPC set-up’s, press releases – everything. However, as search engine algorithms are always changing we cannot promise that you’ll continue to enjoy the higher search engine rankings that using the YourWebPA service will bring you.
